My Book World Edition II (2TB) will not combined when Stripe

I have done everything the settings say to do, but I am still getting two distinct drives (X) (Y), even when I have the MBWE II Stripe mode. (X) drive is accessible by my media player, but (Y) isn’t. So I can place only 1TB of movies on my MBWE II 2TB that is accessible by my media player.
