Connect the drive directly to the computer via ethernet cable to isolate the issue.
If the drive is working fine after connecting the drive directly with computer. There can be network related issue. Moreover, you can also try to reset the device to isolate the issue.
Dear , I tried to connect the device
to my PC and the network driver is trying to verify the IP address of the WD.
But I couldn’t connect to the WD web
portal to reconfigure it.
I removed the power button and pressed
the reset button, then turned on the device with my hand over reset for 40 seconds. but this didn’t work.
its only coming white lights, the upper
one blinks every while.
