I have an My Book USB (Elements, I believe) where I deleted the My Music folder from. I was going to copy my updated My Music folder from my PC, so I just deleted it. When I created a new folder for it, it didn’t have the same icon. I know how to change it, but was there anything special about that folder? Is there a way to put it back in. I couldn’t find it in my Recycle Bin, so it looks like it’s gone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
As I was wondering more, does the My Book USB hard drives come with any built in folders, such as My Music, My Documents, etc, or could that have been something I copied from my pc directly? I’m just trying to see if I screwed anything up with the folders. Thanks.
The Elements is a plug and play drive. If you create a floder on it you can give it an Icon by right clicking the folder and in properties select customise tab then you can add or change the Icon.
