Using os 10.5.8. I have the my book icon on my desk but devices doesn’t see it. I had this problem once before and downloaded the firmware upgrade which worked last time. repeated the procedure but it won’t work again. All ideas welcomed!
Hi there, Check for the drive on Disk Utility, If it shows there try to run FirstAid on the drive, reset the computer, try different USB port, and as a last resort, try the drive on a different computer, let me know the outcome.
