After upgrading an HP zBook 17 G2 from Win 7 to Win 10 the My Book Pro no will no longer connect on the Thunderbolt 2 port and doesn’t even power up. If I plug it into a USB 3 port it works fine.
I couldn’t determine for sure if there was a driver update that needed to be applied that Win 10 doesn’t know about.
