My Book not showing files

There is 600GB of data on my external drive, however these do show up and hence am unable to access them. Please help!

What OS are you using ? Is the drive visible in Disk Management?

I have the same problem I can see that I have 204gb of used space and  93.7gb of unused space but that is about as far as I can get.
