I’m having a lot of trouble connecting to my My Book Live 2TB. I know everyone is saying the user name and password are admin/admin but it’s not working, even after resetting it. Any ideas? I’m running it on an iMac. I really need to access these files. I don’t think the drive is broken, because I can see it in the finder. I just can’t access it as it won’t accept the user name and/or password.
