Can anyone help please.
I have found out this 4TB Drive is no longer supported by WD.
Is there anyway I can retrieve my 750GB of data?
I can see the drive on my PC network but cannot access any files (Which used to appear in a file tree)

Enter smb:// devicename (e.g. smb://wdmycloudex2 and smb://mybookworld) and click Connect Choose the radio button Registered User and enter the Name and Password of the user with access rights to the particular share to be mapped
