My book live won’t connect to ARRIS TG862 router. I plugged the cables in the appropriate places, but my book live continues offline. What can I do to solve it?
Is the MBL new? Had it been used before this? If so, then it might have been set to static IP. Use the reset button on the rear of the MBL to reset the configuration to factory settings. Read the manual regarding how to use the reset button.
I have the MBL for a while but I was using it with a different router. WHen I go to the router configurations I see that the ethernet connection is there, but it doesn’t get recognized as a device.
