I’ve just done a clean install on my PC, everything has been re-installed but when I attempt to install WD Smartware it doesn’t install, the install bar works its way until full then nothing happens…it then disappears as if I’ve never asked it to install and when I attempt again it gives me error code 1605?
Regarding the issue;
i suggest updating your java, adobe (flash player and reader) and install Microsoft Framework .Net 3.5
