My book live via mobile Data

After manually updating the software (even though the auto update said it was the newest version) I can connect via the mycloud website, I can use the mobile app when im on wifi at home or another wifi, but when I try to access it on 4g i get

User does not have persmission. (403)

any ideas?

If you go to the dashboard on the unit and check remote access, what do you see under status? You might have to do port forward on the unit. Before doing this you can try disabling remote access then rebooting your drive and after the unit is rebooted enable remote access again. Hope this helps.
