I am having a real problem with my MyBook Live slowing down my computer. In Task Manager it says they the WD Back-up Engine is using 25% of my CPU which is a bit of a problem. I have no idea why as it is all backed up and there is very little to back-up ongoing?
Can anyone help please?
Hello Normskii, Smartware uses the active process (WDBackupEngine.exe) when your computer is being scanned. You can change the backup type from continuous to daily. Se below for more information.
