My Book Live - Unable to access drive remotely

I have been using my Book live for a couple of months now and everything was working fine until I upgraded to the latest firmware release.  

When I log onto, I can sign in and find my external drive there. However it doesn’t accept my network password, it says “invalid credential”

All remote user created pre upgrade still works but remote users post upgrade are unable to get pass the “network drive password” screen

Now I wish I had ignored the upgrade notification. Can anyone help me or advise if it is possible to revert to my previous firmware

It’s not asking for a network password, it’s asking for the network DRIVE password.

It’s asking for the password for the UserID that’s associated with wd2go.

The username associated is shown above the password prompt.
