My book live to tbox

hi

i cant seem to get my my book live to comunicate with my tbox

all was working fine until i done an update to my my book in order to conect to my tablet

the t box sees the my book but it says there are no files on it to share but every other device i have reads them fine

please help

Hello and welcome, 

Try doing a power cycle and then try again. If you are using the DLNA server on the My Book, you can also try going to the dashboard and select the option to rescan the available files. Check page 113 of the manual for the steps.
