I have 3 MBL devices connected as network drives. I have video files on all of them. I used to be able to see the status (capacity, temperature, etc.) of each device via WD Quick View. Lately, only one device shows its status; the other 2 show 0% used and “unknown” for temperature. This unit is always visible. I am able to select all devices for viewing the videos on my TV and my laptop. However, in order to see the 2 units that show no status on my iPhone or my iPad, I must reboot the units (I usually unplug them for 10 seconds). How can I prevent these units from becoming “invisible” to WD Quick View and my other devices?
