My Book Live Problem

Hi all New to the Forums… I have a 2TB MyBook Live with the ethernet hook up to my Netgear router… I use my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 w/ 64gb microsd Card installed to access the drive via wifi… Up until a few days ago I could download any file that was on my drive with no problems… Since then Sprint came out with the KITKAT 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 3… After doing the update I can no longer download any file on my phone… I can stream a music or movie file but not transfer any files to the phone… I have two other Galaxy Tablets a TAB3, and Note 10.1 both with older Android Os 4.2, and 4.3… Those tablets are able to transfer files with no problem… So is anyone else having this issue with the KitKat update or am I doing something wrong??? I emailed WD and got a lame non answer back…

Hello, this could be related to some new limitations of the Kitkat update. Have you tried uninstalling/Reinstalling the My Cloud app?
