Hello. I have a my book live and it doesn’t appear to be working. It is plugged in to the router and the power source, but there is no light. I have cycled the power and a red light comes on briefly then goes off. I am running Windows 7 and cannot even locate the device anywhere. I am not a power user so I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated.
Try resetting
if there’s no light still you might have a defective unit and need to replace it
