My Book Live not showing up in quickview or smartware

I can acces the MBL drive from my computer.  I checked and it seems that about September the smartware program quit interacting  with MBL and hasn’t been doing any back ups.

I have rebooted the drive, uninstalled and then re-installed both quick view and smartware, and rebooted the computer.

Hi Furnituremaker, welcome to the WD Community. Are you able to access the MBL from the Windows explorer? If you are, be sure to disable any firewalls/antivirus that might be blocking Smartware.
