My Book Live LED light does not correspond to drive activity. I have it a little over 1 year now. Normally, the LED light is solid green when it’s awake and flashing green when reading/writing. Now, I see it sometimes flash blue while reading/writing and solid blue when it’s awake. Sometimes, the light appears as greenish-blue or bluish-green.

Today, I could not see the drive in DLNA. I touch the drive and it was running (you feel little vibration when you touch it). I had to reboot it to see it in DLNA.

Should I start to worry? Please advise.

Weird, the blue light is only supposed to show when the MBL is in stand by mode. Better to replace it if you can, seem like a problem with the LEDs.

Sometimes when I copy files to My Book Live, the LED stays Solid Blue but it does copy the file. Very Weird.

The warranty is 3 years, right?
