My Book Live keeps disconnecting

Hi everyone

I have had My Book Live for about 4 months. When I first got it, the drive would sometimes disconnect from my Samsung Smart TV and i just tolerated it. It is now happening everytime I try and watch a movie or TV series (sometimes up to 5 times during a movie. Is there a solution to fix this? It is starting to become intolerable.

Hello,

Try resetting the drive, otherwise if the problem is physical you might need to replace the unit. Check  the page 69 of the user guide.
