I have a reason to store some other data on my storage devise, My Book Live DUO which is a 6TB raided to 3. I have tried logging on using the password I thought but no good. I then reset the devise and put in ‘admin / admin’ but again it will not let me in. Please can you help?
If you reset the unit then it should have no password at all. Hold the reset switch for around 20 seconds.
Thank you , I will try tonight. The reason I was using ‘admin and admin’ is it seemed to suggest that in the manual. Fingers crossed, thank you for replying so quickly

Hello Trancer, I have tried it with no password but trying to log onto the registered user still does not work, any other ideas?
