This device has always been on the network with a reserved IP address. However now it is refusing to go online anymore. I have tried everything from changing the cable to ports on switch to actually rebooting the router and reassigning IP address to it and several reboots. Its a 6TB WD My Book Live DUO set up in mirrored mode. What worries me is the following based apparently on encryption that is set without the user knowing. Its about 4 years old.

The unit is running and appears to be working except it wont go online so how do I get in to recover the data and move it somewhere else? There is no USB port so only option is Ethernet.
