This issue occurs when the device determines that internet access is lost. This can occur due to several reasons:
- The network cable is unplugged
- A router or switch on the network has failed
- The modem has no network access
- A network cable has failed
- A firewall or other security measure is blocking network access to the device
Solution:
Check your network cables, routers, switches, and modem and make sure they are on. Please check the link status light on the NAS and make sure that it is on. If there is an Internet Link status light on your router and/or switch, it should be on.
