My Book Live becomes 0TB after Factory Restore

Dear all,

I did a factory restore on My Book Live and the storage becomes 0TB now.  How can I resolve this problem?  Appreciate all help.

0TB?    You mean 0TB AVAILABLE, or 0TB used?   If the latter, that’s correct…  Factory restore deletes all the data.
