The title says it all really. All other posts about the device asking for a password are fixed by hitting the reset button, mine has to be special.
The drive appears on my network and I can access it fine via the two computers on there. But recently everything seemed to reset itself, iPad and phone apps no longer recognise the drive and are asking for a new access code. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but now trying to log in to the GUI asks for a password and I can’t get in! Tried every password I’ve ever used before hitting reset, I started off with a 4 second reset and then did a 15, nothing works at all. And I can’t stream Game of Thrones at work! Help!
