My Book Live 3 TB fails to connect to the internet

Manually updated firmware, set port forwarding, static IP, verified proper default gateway and subnet mask.  Wiped, re-started the configuration process, to no avail. 

Bottom line, I’ve checked my numbers, and there doesn’t seem to be an explanation for the ‘No internet access’ errors I’m getting.  Firewall was checked, Norton was disabled temporarily to verify if that was part of the problem, but still no luck. 

Try pressing the reset button on the back of the my book for 4 seconds, if the problem continues do a factory restore from the dashboard.
