My Book Essentials mounts two partitions, fails on third

I have a 2TB My Book Essentials. Been running fine for a year. Now I go to mount the drive and it mounts first two pratitions but fails on third which is the largest and last one. I am running MacOS 10.6.7. I tried the drive on another computer and same behavior. The error message I get from the Mac is “The disk was not ejected properly”.

Suggestions?

The partition data may be corrupt. Maybe TestDisk http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk  will fixit
