Does anybody know if My Book Essentials 3TB can run under Windows XP (32-bit, SP3)?
I’m a bit at a loss… On one hand, drives over 2TB - whether internal or external - are not supposed to work under certain OS’s (including WinXP) due to computer architectural limitations and what have you…
On the other hand, some 3TB USB drives are nonetheless advertised as being compatible with such systems. Or so they claim.
I really don’t know where the misprint is, so I’d really like to know if someone has made this work for them. Thanks!
