When I first got my hard drive it had a icon that I could click on and view my folders. Now when I want to view what is on my external hard drive I have to click on several folders to view starting with smartware.swtor, pc name , volume , user , pc name. I have tried everything in my power to fix this problem and nothing has worked. Anybody out there have a fix?
Whenever you use Smartware for backup the files will be added to the drive in that manner. If you don’t like that you can manually drag files onto the drive and organized them the way that you want.
