On WD properties under compatiblity mode under options to run program Vista does not show which is what I need.Do I reinstall?Also why doesn’t MYBookEssential USB2 backup all files(example)does not back up gmail only backups windows mail which I am not using?This software/external hardrive is not user friendly.
Look in the Smartware section there is a tutorial. It only backsup selected files by it’s own method.
