My book essential - saving non stop without saving!

I have 114 GO on my computer hard drive, and in my WD SmartWare software, when I click on the saving tab, it shows it is actively saving, but remains at 31.29 GO from the 114.57 GO to be saved…  and never chage, even if the active bar on top is moving.

Even if I stop it, and start it again, stays at 31.29 GO.

I have version 1.6.0 of the WD SmartWare software.

How can I correct this ?

Hi, download the 1.6.4 version and check if the same problem happens again. You can also manually access the smartware backup folder (smartware.swstor) to see the backup.
