My book essential problem with usb3

i have bought a My Book Essential (USB 3.0) 2TB, 8 month ago

every think was ok

i installed a new windows 7 lately
My problem is that everytime I connet this flash drive to my laptop’s usb 3 ports, I get the message "This device can perform faster if you connect it to a superspeed usb 3 port

why this happens?

please help me i want to use it with superspeed mode

Try updating the USB drivers and controlers.
