My book essential - bad pool header

i have loaded data onto my 2TB My Book Essential over the past 2 years. Recently the drive is now not loading, bringing up the Blue Screen with “BAD_POOL_HEADER” error message. As I cannot even load the drive onto the PC now I cannot check any of the functions.

ANy help as to how to load this drive up please. I have a lot of data on the drive and cannot access this.
