My external drive began failing by loosing data stored or giving me access to only some files.

Now when I connect it to the computer only the partition with tools that came with the disk is recognized.

The data I stored is completely ignored.

Can anyone help me please?

If you put a password on the drive just open the wdunlocker then enter password. If not try downloading wd ses driver

Thank you very much for your help, but I have not succeded.

The drive was never password protected. I installed te WD SES driver

but nothing happened.

The partition containing my files is not seen by the computer.
