My Book Error message Code 10 cannot start

Tried and reported succesful update to firmware.

Followed instruction disconnected drive and rebooted PC. Plugged in My Book. Now it is recognised as a device but I cannot access it. Tried windows troubleshooter and updated ses driver, still no joy. USB3 interface on Dell computer is being used.

Any ideas please
