I had to reload XP and lost everything.
How do I get the info off the My Book and onto my computer?
Depending on how you backed up the files. If you did a manual backup just drag and drop the files. If you used Smartware you can use the Retrieve option or manually pull up the files from the backup folder (smartware_stor).
If you use another software then follow the instructions on that software manual to retrieve the files.
