I can’t make a copy of the message that keeps popping in & out. It says it is using Drive E for CD’s.
When I click on the show problems, it’s all about CD’s I’m using a USB plug in , have the most recent version of the WD software. I just updated my OS from Windows XP to Windows 7 Prof. My computer needs to be backed up; I need to download some of my previously backed up files.
