My HDD is placed in a very safe location. Today I power it up and want to use it, three red lights on and the HDD has no motion.
I am running RAID 1 on this drive. I would like to check how I could get back my data in the HDD? I have tried to put the HDD to external docking but it is not recognized.
I am very worried since there are some comments saying that the data is encrypted and cannot be recovered. There are all my photos in the past years, I hope I can get those files back…
