I have been using the My Book Duo for a few years now. I had a drive failure last year and had no issues swapping out the drive. This week, I had another drive failure. I double checked that I was replacing mny 4TB WD Red drive WD40EFRX with a like drive. The only variance in the drives in the old one showed Sata / 64 MB and the new one shows SATA / 6Gb/s. When i plug the new drive in, it says i need to install a compatible WD drive. I next updated my firmware using the universal installer. Again, it did not recognize. WHere should I be looking for a solution here?
