My Book 6TB volume is dirty not able to write, chkdsk error 766f6c756d652e63 3f1

Hi
Recently my new Book 6TB give me this error when copying a files over. “The operation cannot be completed because the volume is dirty. Please run chkdsk and try again”

Tried chkdsk in administrator mode and get this error: 766f6c756d652e63 3f1

Anyone got similar error and way to fix it.

Thank for your reply.
Tried using that articles help but it does not help.
Your device is in exFAT format, not NTFS.

Maybe you can help to feedback for a tool that allow
user like me to convert existing exFAT format to NTFS or
tool that allow us to set the Volume back to normal,
it will save us lot of issue such as this.
