My Book 4TB Freezes my computer on Restart

Every time my computer Restarts, my WD 4TB freezes the restart of my Acer AME600 with Windows 10. If I disconnect the My Book UBS, restart my computer and then plug the UBS back in everything is OK. Please help, I have tried BIOS menu changes and driver updates, everything I can think of. Sieg Vogt

Hi there,

Have you checked the boot order on your bios ? Sometimes the internal hard drive is not he first option and can cause this to happen.

Check the boot order in the BIOS and move USB after main HD.
