I recently copied several copies of TV DVD episodes on my new MY BOOK 4TB Hard Drive and I am unable to play them back. I have installed the latest firmware, WD Drive utilities and WD SES 64 bit driver setup. The episodes play very well using my WD passport 2 TB Hard Drive. Does anyone have any advise. Thanks!!
Check out yout player specs it may not use a drive that large or it may need a different format.
