i have been backing up my files onto My Book 3T using Nero Backitup12 successfully for some time. since upgrading to Windows10, no backups have worked. i also have another smaller external drive (seagate freeagent) & tried a backup & it worked fine. accordingly, the Nero software isn’t the problem, so it must be the WD My Book.
Windows recognizes the WD drive & i can manually move files on & off the the My Book drive but the backups fail.
are there any compatability issues or updates i need to work with windows10?
