My Book 3T not recognized as attached to Win 10 PC

My Book 3T shows up under Device Manager: “Device working okay.”
Does NOT show up under Disk Management.
When I click on WD Drive Utilities I’m told to “Attach a supported WD drive.”

This drive has worked in the past, but has now “disappeared” from the WD software that manages it and it is not listed when I click on THIS COMPUTER. It used to appear as “My Book.”

Hello, have you tried connecting the drive to a different computer? Have you tried connecting the drive to a different USB por and using a different USB cable?
