MY Book 1110 - Diagnostic test failed

I run the Datalifeguard diagnostic tool on a My Book Essential 1110 1TB external drive. The result is:

I'd opened a case in the WD support page, but no feedback after 10 days.

Do you have any tips on that?

You need to replace the drive since both test failed

So it is an hardware issue, the disk is definitely gone :confounded:?
