My Big Issues

1.  The biggest issue right now is that I have no Cloud Access.  Under the Dashboard, Settings, General, Under Cloud Access, it says “Trying to establish a remote access connection…”

2.  If I plug my 2TB USB drive into the unit, it disappears after a few hours.

3.  Now that I have realized that these units REQUIRE access to WD Servers, I know that I would NOT have purchased it if that info was on the package.  What is to keep WD from changing their business model, and start charging us a monthly fee for use of their system?  Kind of scary!


Please accept our apologies. We continue to make progress restoring connections to our My Cloud and My Book Live servers depending on the region, but some users continue to experience intermittent connectivity and transfer speed issues.
