My Armor Lock G-Drive SSD 2-TB keeps disconnecting

I have a Armor Lock G-Drive that keeps disconnecting with my MacBook Pro. I tried to register my G-Drive for a RMA, but the serial number shows an error when I input the number. I need help right away.
