MWD slim passport drive does not work on a new ASUS PC with 3.0 USB

I have had a Lenovo with USB 2 and no problems with my Slim Passport 1TB

I tried to connect it to my new ASUS with 3.0 USB. and was only able to “run” the unlucker program but then could not get access to the files.

I read another thread which suggested that I removed my security and tried again. After doing that - the only result was that do not get access to anythingv- no icons - nothing. 

So Status is - that my My slim passport works on other PC’s and even on my old mac  - but not on my new ASUS? What is wrong? what can I do to get it work?

Hello Claus9999, welcome to the WD Community. Be sure to use the USB that came included with the Passport, longer cables or USB hubs can cause power inconsistencies.
