I have just copied all of my music across to My Cloud only to find that it only plays a single track! How can I overcome this?
It is all about the player you use to play the music, and has nothing to do with where music is stored; i.e. My Cloud in your case. So, don’t “blame” your My Cloud.
For example, if I play music from my NAS on my Win7 PC, I can only play a track with Windows Media Player, but if I use VLC, I can click on an album and play the whole thing. Also, apps on different phones and tablets act differently as well. WD My Cloud app acts differently than other apps do on my iGadgets and Kindle tablets… Too many variables, so you need to determine which apps play best on your individual gadgets.
