Multiple instances of WD Backup on the same computer?

Is it possible to run more than one copy of WD Backup on the same machine? My plan is to use two MyBooks so that I can store my backed up data in two separate locations. My concern is that multiple copies of the WD Backup program will interfere with each other.

You should not need to run two copies of WD Backup. Backup will recognize and treat each of the MyBooks separately. You should have a different name for each MYBook and they will show up when you open WD Backup. Just select each one separately.
